This department consists of 2 members and they are closely monitoring shipping line, freight forwarder,
vessel booking etc.
Technical Support:-
We have textile graduate engineers whose job is to guide the factory from the selection of the yarn till to
finishing of the fabric and guiding the factory on every days troubleshooting to get the proper fabrics,
garments fit.
Washing Development:-
As per market requirement we develop all types of fancy washes like- enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach
wash, tinting, over dyeing, sandblasting, scraping, whickering, destroy, grinding, tagging crinkle, resin ,PP
etc. Also we keep in mind about the environmental problem.
Quality Controlling System:-
We have quality assurance inspectors for factories, who visits factories on regular and full time basis in
order to ensure development, sampling, production follow up, CSR checking, confirming required quality
standards. We make a first sample and send it to the customer to check the workmanship and according
to the first sample comment we make each color sample by using actual accessories and send it to the
customer to avoid any mistake in bulk production. Every Monday we have a weekly meeting to check the
status of each order and update our honorable customers.

Develop any types of product by following buyers design and basic guidelines & requirement in a short
period.
Pricing / Evaluation:
Pricing any garment or product with basic details & on regularity with in a very short time.
Sample Development:
Making development samples/photo samples/counter samples and pre-production samples (as
customer’s requirement ) in a very short time.
Sourcing of Products:
Having service agreements with many well reputed garment manufacturers., We are able to make any
kind of item with high quality for a very competitive pricing. We always honor our delivery commitments
with buyers.
Fabrics/Trims Sourcing:
Having contact with many Asian and local fabric mills. We could source any kind of fabrics and trim with
good quality and very competitively.
Printing/ Appliqué/ Embroidery:
We could develop printing screens and embroidery tapes by following buyers’ artwork and we have the
facilities to do any kinds of printing, embroidery and appliqués in Bangladesh.
